Take dispatching off your "to do" list by setting up today with Richander Transportation & Dispatching Service, LLC! We charge 8% per booked load and the following services are included:

Load Finding & Booking

Let Richander keep your truck rolling in profits! We will find and schedule all loads for your truck(s) to keep it/them moving. When you sign up, you will fill out a section of the carrier/dispatcher agreement that asks you for all of the information we'll need about your company, truck and driver to ensure we only book loads that meet your criteria and desires.

Complete Load-Related Paperwork & Keep Records

After we book your load, we get to work receiving, reviewing, completing, and sending out copies accordingly of carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs, fuel advances, and submitting your final BOLs and rate cons for payment. All of this is available to you at no extra charge. You may decline any part of this service you do not wish us to handle.

We keep neatly filed copies and other documentation related to all of the above activity. Should you need to reference a particular document, we can retrieve it for you at a moment's notice!

Maintain Close Communication

Communication is essential to keep logistics running smoothly. Rest assured we stay in regular contact with you, your drivers, brokers, shippers, receivers, and anyone else you've designated for us to contact from booking loads to finalizing payment for loads.
